"I have known Darrell and his work strong high ethic for many years. His most extensive project for me was a remodel of an apartment over a detached two car garage. Although an apartment was already there, no permits were issued so a complete remodel was required in order for the town to issue a COA (certificate of occupancy). Darrell handled everything from town permits to setting up/supervising the new septic system to make the apartment legal, to sheetrock and finish work including installing a new kitchen and upgrading the bathroom. In addition to the apartment remodel, the 2 bay garage beneath had to be firewalled and the foundation of the garage had to be insulated. Everything was done perfectly and on time.
